Our story
The Healing Cottage was established in 2001 by Annie as a small healing space in Nerang, Gold Coast, built from a deep passion for helping others reconnect, restore, and heal. After many beautiful years supporting the community, the business relocated to Palm Beach, Gold Coast, where it has continued to grow into a trusted sanctuary for holistic wellness.
Annie, a dedicated Reiki Master and Massage Therapist, devoted over two decades to creating a nurturing environment where clients could feel safe, supported, and cared for. In 2025, she made the heartfelt decision to retire and pass The Healing Cottage on to Amy, one of her former Reiki students, ensuring the spirit and legacy of the business would continue.
Already running her own holistic healing studio from home, Amy saw the opportunity as a natural next step to expand her work and continue the beautiful foundation Annie had created.
Meet Amy
Amy is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Shamanic Healer with a deep passion for mind, body, and soul healing. Her approach combines both practical and energetic healing modalities, creating treatments that are intuitive, grounding, and personalised to each individual client.
When Amy isn't in the studio, you'll find her in nature, at the beach, or deep in meditation, always exploring new ways to expand her knowledge.

The Cottage
The cottage was rebuilt from the inside out: natural materials, soft light, plants, warm timber, a stone wall, a small retail nook with crystals, books, and oils. A space designed for your nervous system to land before your hands even touch the table.
A minimum of three to four practitioners with us most days, working across massage, energy healing, kinesiology and intuitive readings. The cottage is calm, considered, and built to hold whatever you bring through the door.
You'll find us at Shop 5, 2 Eighth Avenue, Palm Beach, five minutes from the beach.
